The Ashridge Leadership Centre is to reinforce the competitive advantage for Ashridge by enquiring into world class leadership theory and practice, and ensuring its dissemination into our teaching and consulting activities.

The centre draws together internal and external thinkers on leadership and foster dialogue, critical reflection, and best practice. It encourages sharing and application of new leadership thinking in Ashridge teaching and consulting.
