Carol Bitter is a senior director for Fahrenheit-212 in London, also working across Europe and the Middle East. Carol is a seasoned innovator with over a decade of experience partnering with companies around the globe on some of their most exciting (and demanding) growth challenges.
Carol’s career has always straddled the commercial and the creative, and having fallen short of her childhood ambition to be an astronaut, likes to think of her job as a modern-day explorer.
She loves getting close to businesses in order to spot exciting opportunities for growth, change, and innovation. She has worked with a dizzying array of clients, from big corporates — such as Samsung, Pernod-Ricard, British Gas, Boots, Unilever and Astra-Zeneca – to incubators such the Energy Innovation Centre, to smaller start-ups and social entrepreneurs.
On each engagement Carol can be expected to push for pioneering thinking, whilst always solving for the real-world realities.
