With over 15 years of retail and ecommerce experience, Dan joined Volo in 2013 as Head of the Customer Success team focused on building a world class customer experience and helping our customers to grow. Spotting industry trends and opportunities, best practice help and advice, and benchmarking to aid performance are all focuses for the team.
Dan previously worked in Retail Marketing for electronics seller Richer Sounds before moving into ecommerce. Having managed Amazon and eBay marketplace campaigns for sellers like Debenhams, House of Fraser and Vodafone as well as paid search and feed marketing campaigns for B&Q and BT, he brings a wealth of experience which he continues to share with Volo’s customers.
