David Millard and Todd Raynor

David is a managing associate in Womble Bond Dickinson's transport team, having joined in 2010 following completion of his training contract with the firm.

He has a focus on the transport, logistics and infrastructure sector specialising in rail with particular expertise in rolling stock. He regularly advises on rolling stock procurement, leasing, maintenance and modification arrangements, as well as advising train operators on franchise agreement arrangements and other general commercial, operational and regulatory matters.

Todd qualified into the transport team in September 2017, having completed his training contract with the firm.

Todd has a particular interest in the rail sector, regularly supporting and advising train operators on rolling stock procurement and leasing, modification and maintenance contracts, franchise bidding, franchise agreements, transfer schemes, and on other more general commercial and operational matters.
