James Dowling

James Dowling is a former  senior official at HM Treasury and an experienced public affairs consultant.

Client experience includes Aviva, Addison Lee, the British Insurance Brokers Association, London Luton Airport, Royal London, the Isle of Man Government, Santander UK, JP Morgan, The Carlyle Group and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board.

At HM Treasury, James was Head of Insurance Sector Policy from 2010 – 2011 and Head of the Finance Bill team from 2007 – 2010.
