James Geekie

James joined Area Sq in 2009 after running an award-winning design consultancy, working with a multitude of traditional contractors, design and build companies, landlords and end-users.

Responsible for heading up the Design Department in the Regions, James is passionate about delivering innovative designs that are a true reflection our clients’ culture and brands.

His work for leading organisations such as Cameron, McAfee, Openwork, Thunderhead.com and Citrix have often resulted in setting the standard for future office design and fit-out projects in UK and across Europe. Outside of work James enjoys spending time with his family, swimming, skiing, motor sport and renovating his own period house.
