After graduating from the University of Oxford in 1985, Jane began her career at Ogilvy & Mather, where she worked on a range of blue chip international advertising accounts. In 1990, Jane moved from advertising to direct marketing and joined Tequila, becoming CEO in 1999.
Jane helped set up creative communications agency 23red in October 2000. Her focus is on strategy and management and she has been responsible for the development of a number of innovative behaviour change campaigns for government on topics as wide ranging as health, vocational training, environment, financial education, volunteering and the digital divide.
She sits on various industry boards and has published many articles and thought pieces on effective behaviour change strategies, and creating and managing organisations that inspire creative behaviour.
