Mike is Head of Talent Communities, leading the strategy at Learning People as they start to work directly with employers. His experience running a recruitment business and launching initiatives to help people into work means he is well placed to ensure that Learning People students receive the support that industry is unable to provide.

There is a major skills gap in the tech sector and employers lack the tools to identify talent outside of a CV.

This in turn is causing a huge blockage with millions of candidates finding it hard to engage with employers. Mike’s aim is to bring solutions into the space which will help bridge the gap, building an ecosystem of tech talent.
