Mike Sunley founded Lexington in 2002, having a desire to form a business that put food and people right back at the heart of the organisation. He leads an experienced team of over 850 who love delivering exceptional food and service.
Before setting up Lexington Mike was a board Director for Avenance with responsibility for 130 contracts in London.
In 2013 Mike won a Catey Award for Foodservice Caterer of the Year – he has created an award-winning business and community where people have fun and enjoy what they do.
He believes business leaders should do their bit to improve the outlook for Britain’s young talent and invests a lot of time to support future careers, which led to the launch of Lex School of Talent in 2011.
