Phil has been CEO of UK2 Group since February 2011 and has over twenty years’ experience in the media and telecom space. In addition to this, he is a non-executive for Jersey Telecom, Adapt and The Data Communications Company, and sits on the Technology and Commercial Board of Comic Relief.
Previously, he was Technical Director of Demon Internet, one of the world’s first ISPs and CSO of Cable&Wireless Worldwide. UK2 Group, a leader in web hosting and internet services is based in the heart of start-up territory in Shoreditch, London. Its businesses offer a range of services including domain names, website builders, web hosting, VPS and dedicated servers.
The company’s history stretches back nearly two decades and its UK2.net business has sold more than 4 million domain names to customers from more than 200 countries globally.
