I am a serial agency launcher and transformer. I have always tried really hard to make sure that any design has a point and hits the outcomes that we had in mind in the first place.

I have always aimed to design beautiful and elegant solutions. I try to make things happen rather than think things to death. I believe ideas are great but getting the idea into the hands of humans and them loving it is even better.

I discovered technology early on and started designing experiences for screens, primarily for exhibitions, where I developed a love for information design and engaging audiences.

I've started things up, I've developed agencies, I've sold agencies, and I've had a senior role inside a big global matrixed organisation. I love taking things from an A state to a B state.

I value learning and continually developing skills and I've learned a lot from everyone I've ever worked with. Having navigated most of the cycles of agency growth over the years I pride myself on spotting icebergs and avoiding them as often as possible.

I enjoy being part of a team, because being on your own is no fun, and diverse, multidisciplinary teams launch stronger products. I enjoy coaching and seeing people grow and achieve. People tell me I’m a good leader, and that’s the only testimonial that matters to me
