Along with Patrick Caiger-Smith, I founded geo (Green Energy Options) in 2006.

Our plan is to help domestic energy users understand and take control of their energy consumption. By improving the efficiency of their homes people can be more comfortable and save money!

The first step was to make energy visible: if you can't see what you are managing how can you control it! We developed some of the coolest energy displays in the industry and pioneered many elements that are now commonplace.

We have progressed to mobile applications and web services and are now recognised as a leading consumer engagement business with one of the most comprehensive energy management systems on the market.

In particular we have a Connected Home System that supports three main propositions: In Home Displays and Consumer Access Devices (hubs) primarily for smart metering, "comehometoCosy" a smart heating mobile app and a range of domestic solar monitoring products.

We research, design, develop, manufacture, supply and provide data services for all our products.
