As the Head of Accelerator I have the pleasure of working with the businesses who engage with us, as well as helping them achieve their goals which is something I find immensely fulfilling. When I help someone see something in their blind spot and thus enable them to take their business to the next level, I always receive a buzz. I also manage a team of excellent businesses support staff and working with them in a team environment is great fun.
The other thing I really enjoy is engaging with many of the experts we get in to run workshops. These are industry leaders in London who are often at the cutting edge of their profession and therefore they often challenge us with new thinking or ideas.
