Therefore it is essential that retailers get the returns process right in order to deliver a strong customer experience – so what are the key steps to returns success?
Retailers are often carefully attentive to the speed and accuracy of outbound delivery because of its obvious link to sales. But the same kind of focus on the returns process is often found lacking.
