Matt Bolton-Alarcón is a partner at Upping Your Elvis.

He has travelled a multifarious career path. He has worked as a banker, musician, creative writer, producer, marketing director, trainer, speaker and coach which gave him the knowledge and passion for creativity and innovation. More notably the realisation hit home that he loved generating energy in people and pulling out their creative potential.

Matt joined Upping Your Elvis, specialists in creative leadership, as a partner in 2012. Their mission is to help people reconnect with their inner creative genius and become truly confident in who they are.

To date they have helped businesses such as Unilever, Diageo, ITV, Nike and Spotify realise their potential: They come back time and again for Upping Your Elvis’s unique, refreshing and energetic expertise in fuelling creativity and innovation amongst their teams.

Matt is known for his engaging ‘wit and wisdom’ and has a talent for spotting the hidden potential in individuals as well as helping businesses to get focused on what they really want. He lives in Sussex with his daughter Frida, wife Delia and dog Taco! They spend many happy and free spirited weekends travelling the countryside in their beloved campervan.
