A stellar cast of entrepreneurial talent will be delivering the secrets of their success at the MADE Festival for entrepreneurs, which kicks off tomorrow.

Big-name entrepreneurs including Levi Roots of Reggae Reggae Sauce, Michelle Mone of Ultimo and up-and-coming media tycoon Jamal Edwards, founder of SBTV, will deliver talks at the event in Sheffield on Wednesday and Thursday.

The MADE Festival is one of the UK biggest events in the entrepreneurial calendar and around 3,000 business people are expected to be present. Other speakers will include Red or Dead founder Wayne Hemmingway and School for Start-Ups creator Doug Richard.

The event is organised by BE Group and supported by partners including Sheffield University.

BE Group chief executive Alastair MacColl said: “MADE is one of the UK’s most important business events and we’re really pleased to have attracted so many high-profile business men and women to share their success stories. MADE 2014 promises to be the best yet.’’

Another guest speaker is Fraser Doherty, who founded his Super Jam business at the age of 14 and now stocks the product in more than 2,000 supermarkets globally.

He said: “I’m really looking forward to sharing my story at MADE and talking about all the things I’ve learned along the way, including the mistakes I’ve made, the advice I’ve followed, the downs and the ups.”
