The founders of Techspace have launched a new property website for businesses searching for a home in the Tec h City and Shoreditch areas.

Tower10, as it is called, is a property listings website based on an interactive map interface. It claims to offer offices ranging from coworking spaces to buildings with 100,000-plus sq ft of space.

“In contrast to the residential sector, there is no default site for people to search for commercial property,” said David Galsworthy, co-founder of Tower10.

“This is the first portal that has comprehensive and up-to-date listings of every property available in any given area.”

The website is in beta mode and currently features more than 30 commercial agents and more than 20 coworking spaces.

Plans are in place to grow this footprint across London and the rest of the UK during 2014.
