3 Investment Strategies Fit For The Future

Ethical investing is by far the most prominent strategy of future investments that the market is planning for. The ‘build back better’ campaign that so many politicians are itching to achieve will include green plans that will be investing in some of the latest technology that will make the infrastructure of our cities and towns sustainable.

So what is in the future for the average investor who wants to know what kind of industries he or she should be seeking to include their own wealth in? There are some areas such as fuel, transport, and modern reactor technology that are making eyebrows raise.

Aviation fuel

Kerosene is the main fuel that aircraft use to transport millions of passengers around the world every single day. However, crude oil is quickly becoming far too dirty to produce, store and burn in the modern world. That is why it's time to invest in hydrogen.

The trouble is, we need to make hydrogen into a liquid, which then means we need to first produce the stream of water to then separate the particles via a special condensing system to also then, keep it condensed! We cannot put hydrogen as a gas into aircraft, it takes up too much space.

So the issue is, investing in hydrogen actually means heavy investing in the infrastructure that makes hydrogen extraction possible. It's not drilling, shipping or storing like crude, it's actually the physical process required to produce this new aviation fuel.

Renewable fuel

It's probably one of the best times to invest in all types of renewable fuels. For instance, this Plenti National clean energy investment loan that you can take out at 3.6%, to then invest in all kinds of renewables.

Of course, you have solar energy which is very popular in hot countries like Australia, South Africa, Egypt and America. However you also have opportunities in battery technology that can be recharged en masse by wave energy, solar energy as well as biodegradable fuels.

New reactors?

Governments around the world, especially those in the UK, Canada and China, are looking at newer better technology regarding nuclear stations. France is also looking at upgrading and updating its designs. However, the former nations are looking at investing in salt reactors. This is ‘old’ technology as it was born in the 60s, however, modern designs have ironed out the kinks.

It seems as if Moltex is a leader in this technology and has just recently secured $50.5 million in Canada to build the very first contemporary salt reactors. These are much safer than conventional water reactors and that is why they appear to be the best investment for nucellar technology enthusiasts.

The issue is, the requirement for investors to be in it for the long run. This will take 10 years or so for the first proven designs to be given the green light before expansion can occur.

Investors have a bright future ahead of them. Aviation fuel will turn from kerosene to hydrogen. Battery technology is also coming along nicely and renewable fuels such as solar and wave are going to improve also.
